The heart doesn’t break, it cracks to reveal new depths

THE MAN’S HEART IS NOT BROKEN. IT CRACKS TO REVEAL A NEW DEPTH OF LOVE. DREAM, AUGUST 19, 2026

He thinks his heart is broken, but it’s not. It has cracked open to reveal a new depth of love. The mind expands. The body ages. The soul unfurls. And the heart gets deeper.

He’s afraid of what this means, but more afraid of what it will ask him to feel.

The Exposed Goddess Covers Her Heart

A PANEL OF GODDESSES BARE THEIR HEARTS, DREAM, AUGUST 18, 2026

In a dream, I am watching a panel of goddess-like women on a daytime talk show. All of their breasts are exposed. I understand this as part of the role: to offer nourishment to the whole world.

One woman begins to cover herself, and I whisper to my partner that I would put on a bra too — not because there is anything shameful about it, but because there is a time limit to how long I can leave my heart bare.

The next night, in another dream, a man’s heart cracks open and he thinks it is broken. But I tell him no — it has only cracked to reveal a new depth of love. Then my own heart speaks up, asking me not to reveal so much of its depth right away that people fall into it.

My higher self reminds me that love does not require me to reveal every depth of my heart at once. My heart is a living cavern, meant to be entered, explored, and met with reverence. But depth needs discernment: not everyone who enters can find their way through without getting lost, falling in, or mistaking it for somewhere they are entitled to stay.

Our hearts as light bulbs

DREAM, JUNE 28, 2025

I see our hearts as light bulbs. The light that emanates from our heart fields differs. Mine is the brightest, whitest light—sometimes harsh to others. It’s a light that wants to banish all darkness but instead can shine judgment, expectation, and control. His bulb’s light is soft and diffuse, never hard on the eye. I wrongly interpret it as “low-energy,” but it’s not. It’s kinder, gentler on the human condition, and this makes me reflect on how I want to be more like him. I hope to soften my own light, letting it illuminate rather than overwhelm.

I’ve got a heart and two legs

Hypnagogic vision portal, June 28, 2025 @ 1:38am

My angelic guides advise me to watch male comedians to help regulate my emotional system and soften my heart toward patriarchal masculinity. They encourage me to see the humor in this staged reality we live in.

Comedian Ali Siddiq steps into the vision and gives me a private show. He says something, emphasizing, “…I’ve got a heart and two legs…”

This feels important to remember—a mantra to help me cope and walk out of any uncomfortable or negative emotion that doesn’t serve my soul’s growth or isn’t necessary for me to feel.

“I’ve got a heart and two legs—to walk out of here with.” It instantly empowers me, grounding me in my body and reminding me I can always choose to move forward.
